Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.

Can I cancel my order?

We strive to process orders quickly. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@leila-fashion.com We will do our best to honour your request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has been processed.

What is the latest order time?

Orders placed before 22:00 (GMT+01:00) Central European Standard Time (Amsterdam) will be processed the same day; those placed after will be processed the next business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We usually process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (Mon-Fri). The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days (Mon-Fri) after shipment. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return an article?

How do I submit a return?

Who pays the return postage costs?

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (for example, incorrect item, damaged or defective product). For other returns, you are responsible for the shipping costs.
